60-Minute 1:1 In-Person Reiki (Weekday)

Service Description

Reiki is a form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, helps restore balance and reinforces the body's natural healing. I typically deliver this via light hands-on touch on predetermined points on both the front and back of the body, most of which align with the chakra energy centers. I'll also work on areas you highlight ahead of time, or that call to me in our session. Clients describe individual sessions as "deeply calming," "incredibly relaxing," and "like a full-body hug." In-person 60-minute WEEKDAY sessions are held at Karma Yoga Falls Church. (To book WEEKEND sessions, please see separate listing. Cancellation Policy

WEEKEND in-person sessions MUST be booked a minimum of 1 week in advance to reserve studio space. These sessions must be cancelled 7 days in advance or a $50 fee will be charged due to our space rental agreement, unless you can find someone to fill your spot. WEEKDAY sessions must be booked 3 days in advance. We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, or the full session amount will be charged. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please email jennymayomindandmove (at) gmail.com as soon as possible.
