Classes & Workshops
My weekly and monthly classes, workshops and retreats help students cultivate more calm and joy through a variety of profoundly powerful restorative practices. These include mindfulness, meditation, restorative and slow vinyasa flow yoga, dance and more. I offer virtual, hybrid and in-person options.
