Limited to just 6 people, my Semi-Private sessions are a deeper, more sumptuous, highly personalized version of my popular Restorative Yoga & Reiki classes. 

​

This is a safe, sacred, even magical space where you can pause, care tenderly for yourself and be cared for, refill your cup, and reset your overstressed nervous system.

​

After a short warm-up to land in your body and breath, you'll soften into a handful of resting yoga poses with LOTS more comfy props than you'd find in a traditional group class, including lavender-scented weighted eye pillows. Throughout, you'll receive nurturing hands-on Reiki for extra relaxation and rebalancing.​​

Sessions will take place at a spacious wellness studio in downtown Falls Church; location provided upon booking!​​
