Service Description
With your input, I'll design a custom 60-minute 1:1 sound bath session based on your individual needs and goals. Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses the healing vibration of various instruments to help relax the body, release stuck energy, downshift the nervous system and promote our natural healing states. In my sessions, I typically use crystal singing bowls, various chimes and an ocean drum (which sounds to many like ocean waves). In-person sessions are typically offered in-person at Karma Yoga Falls Church, but if you prefer an alternate location (e.g. Miyu Falls Church, in-home for EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY, etc.), please share this in your booking notes. Cancellation Policy
Private sessions must be booked 3 or more days in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, or the full session amount may be charged. No shows will also be charged the full session amount. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 24 hours ahead of time, you may do so yourself via the website. If you have questions or need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to the session, please email jennymayomindandmove (at) gmail.com as soon as possible.
