Service Description
With your input, I'll design a custom 60-minute 1:1 restorative yoga class based on your individual needs, goals and body. Throughout this nervous-system-resetting, resting yoga practice, I'll also share Reiki energy healing for deeper relaxation, healing and restoration. Sessions are typically offered in-person at Karma Yoga Falls Church, but if you prefer an alternate location (e.g. Miyu in Falls Church, or in-home for EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY, etc.), please share this in your booking notes. Cancellation Policy
Private sessions must be booked 3 or more days in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, or the full session amount may be charged. No shows will also be charged the full session amount. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 24 hours ahead of time, you may do so yourself via the website. If you have questions or need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to the session, please email jennymayomindandmove (at) gmail.com as soon as possible.
