Women's Reset Retreat: Come Home to Yourself!

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious? Seeking reconnection with your light, peace and joy, your true self?

Join me for a 3-day, 2-night retreat on the water just outside Annapolis, Md., a serene spot where we will shed stress, reset, and remember who we are beneath it all

The weekend includes restorative yoga with optional Reiki, slow flow, meditation, sound healing, journaling, nature, fire pitting, intentional community, and space to just be and breathe and do nothing—or explore our gorgeous surroundings.

FRIDAY

  • 4-6:15 p.m. - Guest Arrival

  • 6:15 p.m. - Dinner

  • 7:30-8:45 p.m. - Opening Practice

SATURDAY

  • Self-Serve Breakfast

  • 8-8:30 a.m. - Meditation on the Dock*

  • 9:30-10:30 a.m. - Slow Flow (indoors or outdoors)*

  • 10:30-12:30 p.m. - Free Time

  • 12:30 p.m. - Lunch

  • 1-5 p.m. - Free Time

  • 5-6:30 p.m. - Restorative, Reiki & Sound Bath

  • 6:30 p.m. - Dinner

  • 7:30-8:45 p.m. - S'mores & Fire Circle*

SUNDAY

  • Self-Serve Breakfast

  • 8-8:30 a.m. - Meditation on the Dock*

  • 9:30-11 a.m. - Slow Flow & Closing Circle (indoors or outdoors)*

  • 11:15-11:30 a.m. - Farewells, Photos & Departure

(Schedule subject to change. Practices are encouraged but not required, so if you prefer more downtime, you're welcome to adjust your schedule accordingly! Sessions will take place both inside and outside, *weather depending!)

Retreat Location

Our home for the weekend is in scenic Edgewater, Md., less than 60 miles from Northern Virginia. The sumptuously appointed house has a variety of sleeping accommodations, lots of cozy places to curl up with a book or for conversations, multiple decks for outdoor enjoyment, a hot tub, hammock, fire pit area, and tranquil dock right on the water. 

It's just a few minutes' drive from Mayo Beach and Beverly Triton Nature Park, which has wonderful Bay-side trails.

Room Types & Pricing

Rooms are first-come, first-served. Pricing is shown per person. A nonrefundable $300 deposit is required to reserve. The balance is due Sept. 19. Please review the cancellation policy on the booking page. You will also receive a contract upon booking with this information, as well as other important retreat policies, that you must sign.

Other Retreat Details

MEALS

Five nutritious, chef-made meals are provided (dinner Friday, 3 meals and s'mores Saturday, breakfast Sunday). Food is prepared with nourishment in mind and almost all meals are gluten-free and made with a vegan or vegetarian base. Breakfast is self-serve so you can help yourself upon waking. Lunch and our two dinners are communal.

Both the chef and Jenny are attuned to various dietary preferences, food sensitivities and allergies; please let us know yours upon registering and we'll work closely with you to make sure there are delicious options!

FREE TIME ACTIVITIES

 

Free time is intentionally provided during the retreat for you to use in ways that are most beneficial: for napping, reading in a hammock or cozy nook, chatting with friends, enjoying the dock, or exploring surrounding areas like Mayo Beach and Beverly Triton Nature Park. Delightful downtown Annapolis is about 30-45 minutes' drive.

We will also have a limited number of kayaks available to use on our pond. Be sure to let us know upon registering if this is of interest; a small additional fee may apply should high demand require us to rent additional boats.

In the spirit of healing, health and reset, this retreat is alcohol- and substance-free.
