Workplace Wellness Practices

Looking for some easy, accessible practices to reduce stress? Here are three that top my own list and that are among my corporate clients' favorites. They're highly effective and science-backed, and don't have to be time-consuming. Even 5-10 minutes a day can make a huge difference over time!

  • Belly Breathing

  • Happy Place Meditation (Guided Visualization), and...

  • Body Scan Meditation

Try each, in any order, and see which one(s) are most helpful. Then lean more into those that work!

Based in the greater Washington, DC area in Northern Virginia, I offer meditation, mindfulness, restorative yoga, dance, Reiki and other stress-reduction and self-care programs locally, regionally and virtually.
