Start Manifesting 2024 Goals With January Vision Board & Visioning Meditation Workshops!

Vision board collage of inspiring words and pictures

New Year's is a time when so many of us reevaluate, reprioritize and reset our goals and dreams. Two extremely powerful practices for getting clear on what we want in our lives and beginning to move toward that are visualization meditation (or visioning meditation), and vision boards.

In visualization meditation (or visioning meditation), we move through a series of prompts on our own or with a teacher to help us tap into our deepest hopes and goals—and actually begin to feel what it would be like to achieve them. By doing so, we begin to recalibrate our body and brain toward that feeling and outcome. (This great Forbes interview with neuroscientist Mike Tranter explains the biology of vivid visualization and its power to rewire our brains to achieve desired results.)

Vision boards are a visual version of this same concept. In this practice, we create a collage of inspiring images, words and phrases that represent what we'd like to call into our lives. The process of making the board helps us get more clarity on where we want to head, and displaying it someplace we can see it daily helps us continue to chart our course toward it.

I'm pleased to offer a variety of workshops in both these manifestation styles this January:
