Looking for a little or a lot more sparkle this winter? Join me at Bhakti Yoga DC for a 5-week exploration of mindfulness tools and practices that spark joy.
Right about now, in the grey days and post-holiday blahs of midwinter, you might be looking for a little more sparkle in your days. A little more joy.
If so, join me for a brand new 5-week, in-person series, The Joy Refresh: A Multidisciplinary, Mindfulness-Based Course to Boost Joy! Starting Sunday, January 28, 12-1:15 p.m. at Bhakti Yoga DC, the course will introduce and immerse you in practices that spark more bliss.
We'll dive into tools and techniques like:
Mindfulness
Meditation
Various forms of joyful movement
Journaling
Laughing yoga
And more!
Through our time together, you'll learn to:
Reconnect with the joy that's already within you
Better attune to the joys around you
Actively call more joy into your life
The practices I'm sharing are not only backed by science; they're tools that have helped me profoundly on my own journey back to joy after some of the hardest years of my life. Wishing I had these practices in my life sooner, I now strive to share them so others can feel brighter, too.
Come together in community to set the intention for a more joyful 2024, get lifted together, and build a stronger set of tools for the future.
Class meets for 5 Sundays (no class Feb. 18) starting Sunday, January 28, 12-1:15 p.m. Save $20 if you register by Jan. 21!
